The Brown chapter partners with the Audubon Society of Rhode Island to protect birds, wildlife, and their habitats through hands-on conservation, education, and advocacy. As Rhode Island’s oldest environmental organization, Audubon safeguards nearly 10,000 acres of wildlife habitat and reaches tens of thousands of students each year through environmental education programs.

By engaging Brown students in volunteer opportunities, habitat restoration, and wildlife monitoring, our chapter helps amplify Audubon’s mission while providing meaningful experiences in conservation and environmental stewardship. Together, we work to ensure Rhode Island’s ecosystems remain vibrant and accessible for generations to come.
