O'Neill Family Farm Preserve
The O'Neill Family Farm Field Property in Skaneateles is a conservation preserve owned by the Central New York Land Trust. A former farm field, it is being actively restored to a more natural state. We are helping plant 3,500 native trees to help mitigate erosion.
Colgate University Day of Service
Colgate's Day of Service is organized through the university's COVE (Max A. Shacknai Center for Outreach, Volunteerism and Education). Each year, the COVE invites students, staff, faculty, and alumni to dedicate an afternoon to volunteering with nonprofit community partners in honor of Martin Luther King Jr. Day and Earth Day.

Central New York Land Trust
The Central New York Land Trust, founded in 1973, has protected roughly 4,000 acres across 56 preserves in Onondaga and Oswego Counties. It seeks to preserve natural areas to provide communities clean water, clean air, and wildlife habitat, safeguarding land for future generations.
